Charles James Haughey – polityk irlandzki, członek partii Fianna Fáil, w latach 1979-1992 był jej przywódcą.

W latach 1961-1964 był ministrem sprawiedliwości, w latach 1964–1966 ministrem rolnictwa, natomiast pomiędzy 1966–1970 sprawował rolę ministra finansów. Był dwukrotnie zamieszany w sponsorowanie z rządowych pieniędzy przemytu nielegalnej broni dla działającej poza prawem Irlandzkiej Armii Republikańskiej, po czym został zdymisjonowany. W latach 1977–1979 został wybrany na stanowisko ministra zdrowia i opieki społecznej. W latach 1979–1981, 1982 i 1987–1992 był premierem Irlandii .
