Abd al-Karim Kasim – nacjonalistyczny iracki wojskowy, który przejął władzę w roku 1958 w drodze zamachu stanu, likwidując tym samym iracką monarchię. Rządził krajem jako premier aż do swojego upadku i śmierci w 1963 roku.
W czasie rządów Kasima, powszechnie tytułowano go az-za‘im, czyli „wodzem”.
