„I don't have a method. All I do is read a lot, think a lot, and rewrite constantly. It's not a scientific thing.“
— Gabriel García Márquez, Conversations with Gabriel García Márquez
„I say the word death a lot … think of it as … primal relations, opposite, so if I say death a lot, it means I'm concerned with life. It's true.“

— Steve Jobs American entrepreneur and co-founder of Apple Inc. 1955 - 2011
1980s, Context: Woz and I very much liked Bob Dylan's poetry, and we spent a lot of time thinking about a lot of that stuff. This was California. You could get LSD fresh made from Stanford. You could sleep on the beach at night with your girlfriend. „I used to think, if I could realise I'd die
Then I would be a lot nicer
Used to believe in a lot more

„I think that a lot of people don't get it and a lot of people don't know what to make of me. And, you know what? I'm OK with that.“
— Lady Gaga American singer, songwriter, and actress 1986
Context: I have found that my work has to be both deep and shallow … All of my songs have meaning, all of my clothing has iconography buried into it. But by the same token, it's just as special if you look at it in its shallowest form. A quick moment of melody, a beautiful dress. People think, "Gaga's so sweet", or "Gaga sucks". The point is that it's memorable. For commercial art to be taken seriously as fine art is a very unusual and difficult task. I think that a lot of people don't get it and a lot of people don't know what to make of me. And, you know what? I'm OK with that.

„I don't care what people say about me and what they think about me. I care about my team and I care about myself. Lots of people watch hockey, and I think everybody has different thinking.“
