Joe Satriani citations

Joe Satriani, surnommé « Satch », est un guitariste et guitar hero américain né le 15 juillet 1956 à Westbury dans l'État de New York.

Il a été professeur de guitare à Berkeley, et compte parmi ses anciens élèves plusieurs guitaristes célèbres comme Steve Vai, Kirk Hammett, Alex Skolnick ou Larry Lalonde. Considéré comme l'un des guitaristes les plus doués de sa génération, il a enregistré seize albums solo presque uniquement instrumentaux dont les plus connus sont Surfing with the Alien , Flying in a Blue Dream et The Extremist . Il a également été le guitariste soliste de Mick Jagger et de Deep Purple à l'occasion d'une de leurs tournées, a créé le G3 et le supergroupe Chickenfoot. Wikipedia
