John George Vlazny is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as the tenth archbishop of the Archdiocese of Portland in Oregon from 1997 to 2013.Vlazny previously served as an auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Chicago in Illinois from 1983 to 1987 and as bishop of the Diocese of Winona in Minnesota from 1987 to 1997.
