Andy Samberg is an American actor, comedian, filmmaker, and musician. He is a member of the comedy music group The Lonely Island and was a cast member on Saturday Night Live , where he and his fellow group members have been credited with popularizing the SNL Digital Shorts.Samberg has starred in several films, including Hot Rod , I Love You, Man , That's My Boy , Celeste and Jesse Forever , Hotel Transylvania , Hotel Transylvania 2 , Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation , Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping , and Storks .
He stars as Jake Peralta in the police sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine, for which he was awarded a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Television Series Musical or Comedy in 2014.
