Zilustrował książki Lewisa Carrolla "Alicja w Krainie Czarów" , "Po drugiej stronie lustra" . Od 1850 pracował w satyrycznym magazynie "Punch". Przez ponad 50 lat był jednym z czołowych angielskich karykaturzystów. Wikipedia
