Vicente Ramón Guerrero Saldaña, né le 10 août 1782 à Guerrero et mort fusillé le 14 février 1831 à Cuilápam, est un militaire et homme d'État mexicain. Il est le deuxième président de la République d'avril à décembre 1829. Le 15 septembre 1829, il décrète l’abolition de l’esclavage au Mexique. Wikipedia
