Hunter « Patch » Adams est un médecin américain. Il fonda en 1971 la
Gesundheit! Institute . Sa vie et son projet donnèrent lieu à un livre biographique dont fut, avec son accord, tiré en 1998 le film romancé Docteur Patch avec Robin Williams. Adams vit actuellement à Arlington en Virginie où il promeut les soins médicaux alternatifs avec l'institut. Wikipedia
