John Witherspoon, né le 15 février 1723 à Gifford , en Écosse et décédé le 15 novembre 1794 à Princeton aux États-Unis, est un signataire de la Déclaration d'indépendance des États-Unis d'Amérique en tant que représentant du New Jersey.
