Johann Gaudenz von Salis-Seewis, né le 26 décembre 1762 à Malans et mort dans la même ville le 29 janvier 1834, est un Homme d'État, un militaire et un poète suisse. Général puis membre du gouvernement de restauration, il est nommé schultheiss fédéral , faisant de lui le troisième chef d'état de la Confédération des XXII cantons. Il conserve ce poste de janvier 1833 à sa mort un an plus-tard.
