Elizabeth May, née le 9 juin 1954 à Hartford , est une femme politique, militante de l'environnement, auteure et avocate canadienne.

Elle est directrice exécutive du Sierra Club pour le Canada de 1989 à 2006. Le 26 août 2006, elle est élue chef du Parti vert du Canada lors du congrès d'investiture à Ottawa . Lors des élections fédérales du 2 mai 2011, elle devient la première députée élue sous l'étiquette du Parti vert.
