Benito Pablo Juárez García, né le 21 mars 1806 à Guelatao de Juárez , État de Oaxaca, Mexique et mort le 18 juillet 1872 à Mexico, Mexique, est un homme politique mexicain qui fut président du Mexique. Il résista à l'occupation française du Mexique, renversa le Second Empire mexicain, rétablit la République et employa des mesures libérales pour moderniser le pays.
