Louis-Ferdinand Céline , francia író és orvos. Írói névként nagyanyja lánykori nevét használta.

Céline-t a huszadik század egyik legnagyobb hatású írójaként tartják számon, aki egy olyan új stílust alakított ki, amely modernizálta a francia és a világirodalmat egyaránt.
