Joseph Marie Albert Lange dit Joep Lange, né le 25 septembre 1954 à Nieuwenhagen , mort à Hrabove, le 17 juillet 2014 dans le crash du Vol 17 Malaysia Airlines,, est un chercheur néerlandais spécialisé dans le traitement du VIH / sida.
Il préside l'International AIDS Society de 2002 à 2004. Il est aussi un membre fondateur de la Fondation PharmAccess , qu'il administre jusqu'à son décès.
