George Roger Waters angol énekes, basszusgitáros és zeneszerző. Leginkább a Pink Floyd tagjaként ismert; 1965-től a zenekar basszusgitárosa, 1968-tól pedig fő dalszerzője és egyik énekese volt. A Pink Floyd frontembereként hatalmas nemzetközi sikereket értek el olyan koncepcióalbumokkal, mint a The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals és a The Wall.
