John Harvey Kellogg idézet

John Harvey Kellogg amerikai orvos volt. Egy szanatóriumot vezetett Battle Creekben, Michigan államban, ahol holisztikus módszerekkel kezelte betegeit, főként a helyes táplálkozásra, beöntésekre és testmozgásra helyezve a hangsúlyt. Kellogg a vegetarianizmus szószólója volt. Testvére, Will Keith Kellogg segítségével feltalálta a kukoricapelyhet. Wikipedia
