Cat Stevens angol rockzenész. Folk, pop és iszlám zenét is játszik. A rockzene egyik leghíresebb és legbefolyásosabb alakjának számít. 1978-tól Yusuf Islam néven is ismert lett, mióta felvette az iszlám vallást. Pályafutása alatt 15 nagylemezt, két koncertalbumot és tizenegy válogatáslemezt dobott piacra. Egészen a mai napig aktív. Két stúdióalbuma is bekerült az 1001 lemez, amit hallanod kell, mielőtt meghalsz című könyvbe. Wikipedia
