Victor Hope, 2e marquis de Linlithgow, né Victor Alexander John Hope le 24 septembre 1887 à South Queensferry en Écosse et mort le 5 janvier 1952 dans la même ville, est un homme politique unioniste britannique, agronome et administrateur colonial qui fut Gouverneur général et Vice-Roi des Indes de 1936 à 1943.
Il est vice-président de la Royal Society of Edinburgh, chancelier de l'Université d'Édimbourg et Lord High Commissioner auprès de l'Assemblée générale de l'Église d'Écosse.
