Anthony John Abbott, dit Tony Abbott, né le 4 novembre 1957 à Londres, est un homme d'État australien, membre du Parti libéral. Il a été Premier ministre du 18 septembre 2013 au 15 septembre 2015.

Ministre de l'Emploi et de la Santé , il était avant d'être Premier ministre, chef de l'opposition au Parlement d'Australie et chef du Parti libéral, en remplacement de Malcolm Turnbull, du 1er décembre 2009, au 14 septembre 2015. Devenu Premier ministre après les élections de 2013, il est en 2015 mis en minorité au sein du Parti libéral par Malcolm Turnbull qui récupère la direction du parti et devient ainsi Premier ministre.
