Simon Cowell est né le 7 octobre 1959 à Brighton dans le Sussex de l'Est est un compositeur, producteur, scénariste animateur etacteur britannique. Il est notamment connu pour avoir initié les One Direction et les Fifth Harmony.
Il fait partie du jury de l'émission Britain's Got Talent et également dans America's Got Talent où il est connu pour son style direct et sans concession, ainsi que pour ses remarques acerbes et parfois controversées quant à la qualité de la prestation des candidats.
Il faisait partie du jury de l'émission American Idol, X Factor USA et fait toujours partie de celui deThe X Factor au Royaume-Uni.
