Rita Hayworth [ˈɹiːtə ˈheɪwɝθ], née Margarita Carmen Cansino le 17 octobre 1918 à New York et morte le 14 mai 1987 dans la même ville, est une actrice et danseuse américaine, d'origines irlandaise, anglaise et espagnole.

Elle fut l'un des grands sex symbol féminins des années 1940. Surnommée « la déesse de l’amour », elle devient une actrice mythique du cinéma américain avec son rôle principal dans le film Gilda. Elle fut l’épouse d’Orson Welles, du prince Ali Khan et de Dick Haymes. Wikipedia
