Jon Kabat-Zinn citations

Jon Kabat-Zinn, né le 5 juin 1944, est un professeur émérite de médecine. Il a fondé et il dirige la Clinique de réduction du stress et le centre pour la pleine conscience en médecine de l'université médicale du Massachusetts. Il enseigne la « méditation de la pleine conscience » comme une technique destinée à aider les gens à surmonter le stress, l'anxiété, la douleur ou la maladie. Il est membre du conseil d'administration du Mind and Life Institute, qui a pour but de promouvoir un dialogue entre la science et le bouddhisme.
