Ian Shapiro est un professeur Sterling de sciences politiques de l'université Yale ainsi que directeur du MacMillan Center . Il est connu pour ses travaux en matière de démocratie, ainsi que pour ses approches non conventionnelles en matière de méthode scientifique.
