Hermann Rauschning, né le 7 août 1887 à Thorn et mort le 8 février 1982 à Portland, Oregon, est un essayiste et homme politique allemand, membre du Parti national-socialiste des travailleurs allemands. Président du Sénat de Dantzig, il démissionne en 1935, et doit fuir l'Allemagne. Exilé en Suisse, en France, puis aux États-Unis, il devient un opposant au régime nazi, et écrit plusieurs ouvrages dans lesquels il cherche à avertir ses contemporains de la nature nihiliste du mouvement dirigé par Adolf Hitler. Son livre Hitler m'a dit, prétendu livre de confidences du Führer, est à présent discrédité.
