David Belle, né le 29 avril 1973 à Fécamp, est un sportif, cascadeur et acteur français. Il est le fondateur du parkour.
Il a commencé le parkour dès l'âge de 15 ans, inspiré par son père Raymond Belle et soutenu par son frère Jean-François. Son grand-père Gilbert Kitten, son père Raymond Belle et son frère étaient des sauveteurs expérimentés qui travaillaient à la Brigade des sapeurs-pompiers de Paris.
