Christian Dior, né le 21 janvier 1905 à Granville dans la Manche et mort le 24 octobre 1957 à Montecatini Terme en Italie, est un grand couturier français.

En 1947, il donne son nom à la maison de haute couture homonyme, financée par Marcel Boussac. Celle-ci s'illustre dès 1947 dans la haute couture et la parfumerie puis dans tous les métiers du luxe. Wikipedia
